Taking responsibility for something is not wearing a serious facial expression or living on fear, and stress because of the amount of tasks to do. Responsibility is a free maturity business. Is to know that we are doing the best of ourselves. Is to take decisions based on the well-being of everyone. Is a never ending process. Those who don’t take responsability, they can’t see the amazing things they could do.
First you are a great responsible, then you have great responsibilities. So, it brings you happiness and freedom! Not otherwise.
